Your reservation will only be confirmed after full payment is settled.

ACCOMMODATION POLICY

1 – Hours:

  • Check-in: from 3:00 PM
    Early Check-in – Subject to availability, please check prices at reception.
  • Check-out: until 12:00 PM
    Late Check-out – Subject to availability, please check prices at reception.

2 – Meal Plan:

All Inclusive plan included in the daily rate.

Bringing external food into the hotel is prohibited.

PAYMENT METHODS

1 – Credit Card:

Installments allowed up to 12 (twelve) times, if requested at the time of booking.

The credit card used for the purchase must be physically presented at check-in.

The card must belong to the reservation holder.

2 – PIX or Bank Deposit:

Accepted only for reservations made through the Call Center (+55 81 3302-4446) at least 5 (five) business days before check-in.

  • Non-promotional rate:
    Proof of transaction (PIX or Credit Card) must be sent to reservas@ponteshoteis.com.br within 24 hours after booking request; otherwise, the reservation will be automatically canceled.
  • Promotional rate (BLACKFRIDAY):
    Proof of transaction (PIX or Credit Card) must be sent to blackfriday@summervilleresort.com.br during the call with the attendant; if not sent before the call ends, the reservation will be automatically canceled.

3 – Payment directly at the Resort:

Exclusive for reservations made less than 5 (five) business days before check-in; payment must be made with a physical card at the Resort.

4 – All reservations include an additional 5% (five percent) fee referring to ISS (Service Tax).

CANCELLATION AND NO-SHOW POLICY

1 – Non-promotional rates:

  • Stays during special periods (January, July, December, and National Holidays):
    Free cancellation if requested up to 45 (forty-five) days before check-in; after this period or in case of no-show, there will be no refund or credit.
  • Stays at Christmas and New Year’s Eve:
    Free cancellation if requested up to 60 (sixty) days before check-in; after this period or in case of no-show, there will be no refund or credit.
  • Stays in other periods:
    Free cancellation if requested up to 30 (thirty) days before check-in; after this period or in case of no-show, there will be no refund or credit.

Note: Cancellation requests must be sent by the reservation holder using the registered email to reservas@ponteshoteis.com.br

2 – Promotional rates: BLACKFRIDAY

  • Stays during special periods (January, July, December, and National Holidays):
    Free cancellation if requested up to 45 (forty-five) days before check-in; after this period or in case of no-show, there will be no refund or credit.
  • Stays at Christmas and New Year’s Eve:
    Free cancellation if requested up to 60 (sixty) days before check-in; after this period or in case of no-show, there will be no refund or credit.
  • Stays in other periods:

REFUNDS

  • Refund method:
    Refunds will be processed using the payment method selected at the time of booking.
  • Refund timeline for credit card payments:
    Refund requests must be made within 20 (twenty) business days after client request; the credit to the client’s statement follows the rules of the issuing bank and financial institution.
  • Refund timeline for PIX or bank deposit:
    Refunds will be processed within 10 (ten) business days after client request.

 

RESERVATION CHANGES

  • Adding guests:
    Allowed with at least 3 (three) business days before check-in, provided the accommodation supports the additional capacity, charged at the current rate at time of request.
  • Adding nights:
    Allowed subject to availability, charged at the current daily rate at time of request.
  • Change of reservation holder:
    Requires notarized authorization indicating the new holder’s name; request must be sent from the registered email to reservas@ponteshoteis.com.br
  • Change of dates:
    Allowed within the free cancellation period and subject to availability; amount paid will be used as credit for a new reservation, which must comply with minimum nights, category, and rates in effect at the time of change; any rate difference must be paid at the time of change request.
  • Reduction of nights (before check-in):
    Allowed if within the minimum nights originally booked and within the cancellation period.
  • Early departure:
    No refund for early departure.
  • Reservations made on the website:
    No functionality to modify reservations on the website; the reservation holder must request changes by email to reservas@ponteshoteis.com.br or blackfriday@summerville.com.br (for Black Friday bookings).

 

CHILD POLICY

  • Reservations made via our website or Call Center:
    Up to 2 (two) children aged 0 to 14 years (until check-in day) are allowed as a courtesy in the same room as parents or legal guardians, provided capacity is not exceeded and children are informed at booking or up to 30 days before check-in.
  • Teenagers aged 15 to 17 years will be considered adults for billing purposes.

 

MINIMUM STAY

  • Minimum nights per reservation may vary by season; please check the minimum stay required for your desired period at the time of booking.

 

MINORS ACCOMMODATION

  • All guests under the age of 18 must present, at check-in, an original photo ID that proves their identity and parentage, such as a national ID card (RG), or, if not available, a Birth Certificate or Passport (for foreigners).

  • In accordance with Federal Law No. 8.069, dated 07/13/1990, minors under 18 years old are not allowed to stay unaccompanied by their parents or legal guardians. If accompanied by other adults, it is mandatory to present written authorization signed by the parents or legal guardians, with notarized signatures. Alternatively, parents or guardians may opt for the Electronic Travel Authorization (AEV), which can be issued via the e-Notariado platform: https://www.e-notariado.org.br/customer/travel-permit-providers. A digital certificate is required, and the authorization must be presented at check-in.

VISITORS AND GUESTS

  • Visitor entry is allowed only with authorization and registration at the reception, respecting the occupancy limit of the booked apartment and upon payment.
  • Please check prices and availability directly at the reception.

 

DATA POLICY                         

  • In compliance with the General Data Protection Law (Law 13,709/2018), we inform that filling out the National Guest Registration Form (FNRH) is mandatory, according to Decree No. 7,381, dated December 2, 2010.
  • Data required for check-in includes: Full name, CPF (or passport for foreigners), photo ID, full address, phone number with area code, and email.
  • At check-in, a credit card must be provided as a guarantee for possible extra expenses during the stay.

 

PRIVACY AND IMAGE RIGHTS

  • Camera surveillance is used in external areas and halls to preserve security and property.
  • Recorded footage will only be used in case of police or judicial requests.

 

GENERAL GUIDELINES

  • Personal belongings:
    The safekeeping of belongings such as cell phones, notebooks, backpacks, and bags, among others, is the sole responsibility of the guest in both common and private areas. A digital safe is available in the apartment for valuables.
  • Forgotten items:
    Will be stored for up to 90 (ninety) days after check-out. After this period, the Resort may dispose of them as deemed appropriate.
  • Food restrictions:
    Bringing outside food is prohibited, including birthday cakes.
    For food restrictions, please contact the nutrition team at experiencia@summervilleresort.com.br at least 15 (fifteen) days before check-in.
  • Pet policy:
    Pets are not allowed at the Resort.
  • Group policy:
    Reservations for groups of more than 10 apartments must be negotiated through eventos@ponteshoteis.com.br.
  • Non-smoking policy:
    According to Federal Law No. 12,546/2011, smoking is prohibited in any area of the Resort, including apartments.
    Guests who violate this rule will be charged a cleaning fee equivalent to one night’s stay to remove odors.
  • Conservation fee:
    Damages caused to furniture or apartment structure will be charged to the responsible guest after assessment.
  • Use of speakers:
    The use of any sound or electronic devices is not allowed anywhere on the Resort, including terraces of apartments or bungalows.
  • Cashback:
    Available exclusively for reservations made through the Resort’s official website or Customer Service.
    Cashback credits will be available at check-out and can be used by the reservation holder for future purchases, provided the new booking is equal to or greater than 6.67 times the bonus value. If the new booking is less, cashback will be applied proportionally, limited to 15% discount on the new booking.
    Cashback cannot be combined with other promotions, such as Black Friday or Resort Anniversary.
  • Preferences and requests:
    Special preferences and requests are not guaranteed, are subject to availability at check-in, and may incur additional costs.
  • Promotional campaigns:
    During promotional campaigns, a limited inventory of discounted stays will be available. After the campaign ends, standard rates without promotional discounts will apply.
    Promotional prices are valid exclusively for sales made on the Resort’s official website or Customer Service.
  • Prohibition of third-party promotion and sales:
    It is strictly prohibited to promote and sell the Resort’s products and services on third-party platforms, including but not limited to: group buying sites, marketplaces, sales apps, social networks, or any other digital or physical means. Violation of this rule will result in a daily fine of R$ 5,000.00 (five thousand reais).
